The project to create a musical recording studio promoted by the singer Rosalía in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) has already started with the first cleaning works of the building in which it will be installed, in the so-called Cultural District of the city. Sources from the L'Hospitalet City Council have explained that, «at the moment, a minor works permit has been processed for the cleaning work on the property, but the final project, which will require major works permits, is pending approval.» As published this Friday by La Vanguardia, the Barcelona studio Arquitectura-G is in charge of carrying out the renovation of the building, which will house both the recording studio and the offices of Racinetas Productions SL, a company whose corporate purpose is the organization, promotion and production of all types of events, shows, concerts and cultural activities. This new company of the singer, of which her mother, Pilar Tobella, is the sole administrator, has Motomami SL as its sole partner, the family business created in 2019 with in which the successful Catalan artist, her mother and her sister Pilar are in charge of the bureaucratic and administrative aspects of her musical career. It will also house another of the companies derived from Motomami, Tresmamis SL, which aims to promote, build, purchase, sell and lease real estate. Founded in 2006 by Jonathan Arnabat, Jordi Ayala-Bril, Igor Urdampilleta and Aitor Fuentes, Arquitectura-G He has received various recognitions and awards, including the European Union Contemporary Architecture Award, the Mies van der Rohe Award for emerging architect in 2015, the AJAC architecture award in the category of built work in 2014 and the FAD Architecture 2022. Rosalía's new recording studio will be located on Can Pi street, very close to the Fira de Barcelona-Gran Via venue.
