The great wave of prices has reached the shores of hundreds of Spanish coastal towns and has placed the cost of apartments at levels not seen in years. Anyone looking for a home by the sea this summer will find a very different market than a few years ago. The coast has recovered practically all the ground lost after the burst of the bubble and prices are advancing at double-digit rates. The increases in prices extend from the Mar Menor to the Cantabrian coast.
