Options to face the entry of the apartment: public guarantees, rent with option to buy or deferred payment

The entrance has become one of the most insurmountable walls of the housing crisis that punishes Spain. Thousands of people can assume a mortgage payment, but not have the savings necessary to access credit. The Government and the regional administrations, in collaboration with the banks, have launched lines of guarantees, while the private sector is beginning to design commercial formulas that seek to unblock one of the major bottlenecks.
