Tikehau closes the purchase of the Spanish Eysa from Hig for 600 million euros

The French manager Tikehau Capital has communicated this Thursday that she has closed the acquisition process of the Spanish Mobility Company EYSA to the US Fund Hig for 600 million euros, through its decarbonization strategy. This acquisition operation was announced last May and the process ended up completing August 25. Market sources then indicated to Europa Press that the acquisition was made for about 600 million euros. During this new stage, the EYSA management team will continue to lead the company, with the strategic and operational support of Tikehau Capital, so that Javier Delgado, CEO of EYSA, and Iván Pérez, director of strategy of the firm, will continue in those same roles. 200 million euros in revenue and reached a gross exploitation result (EBITDA) close to 50 million euros, serves more than 235 cities already institutional clients such as the Madrid City Council, the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) or AENA, as well as some of the main infrastructure developers of the world.
