Respect for the architectural tradition of the island

The single -family housing is designed by the Blakstad architecture study, well recognized in Ibiza for respecting the architectural tradition of the environment incorporating new technologies, quality materials and an avant -garde, but very functional design. The distribution of the property, located on the top of a mountain in the town of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, inside the island, is open. Thanks to its large sliding doors, it creates a spacious and bright atmosphere that fuses inner and outer life. The property adds 350 meters of built area in which five bedrooms are distributed, each with its own bathroom, design kitchen and living room. The roofs with wooden beams and the white color bathe every corner. The cover has solar panels and abroad the prominence is carried by a pool of generous dimensions (70 square meters) surrounded by terraces. The Mediterranean gardens extend by a plot of more than 20,000 square meters, as indicated in Spain Sotheby's International Realty, which manages the commercialization of this single -family. 04 19 29

A pazo on the road to Santiago

The Pazo de la Merced, whose construction dates back to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries and retains a small chapel dedicated to the Virgen de la Merced, is found in the Coruña municipality of Neda, inside the Ferrol estuary and within the route of the Camino de Santiago. The property currently has hotel and residential use and adds eight bedrooms overlooking the built -in estuary and some with living room and balcony. There is also a library with fireplace and a pool surrounded by stone and gardens. In the other wing of the property is a house, indicate in Engel & Völkers.

Rustic design and an extensive garden

Its garden with more than 8,000 square meters and a careful selection of trees, plants and flowers, as well as a pool and a wooden pergola, are some of the main attractions of this house located in Valverde, in the municipality of Elche. The house was built in 2007 with a rustic design, the semi -stogo is distributed in two plants and offers five bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room and two rooms. The natural stone walls, mud soils, stone arches, wooden beams and a main wooden door recovered stand out. There is also an interior pool with spa, according to Lucas Fox.
