AI cannot feel, but it is capable of identifying patterns, and that was enough to boost the business of agricultural engineer Maruxa Quiroga. From Ourens, 45 years old, Quiroga is the founder of Sensesbit, a startup that analyzes product tasting data for companies in the food sector.
