Everything, I am an excellent barbecue, an excellent paellero … I start stewing anything in a very traditional plan, thinking about the dishes my mother made. One of my pleasures is to eat. I like the Michelin star, but you can't be in them all day for a thousand reasons, apart from the economy. It is not a kitchen for every day. I like it, sometimes at meals we end up singing. My father was an excellent singer, and we had little sang.
