How is the global economy behaving more than three months after the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which has hampered the global flow of hydrocarbons and fertilizers? Much better than one would expect, with economic activity growing at an acceptable rate, inflation accelerating, but without significant contagion to the most underlying components, and financial markets not excessively worried.
