The Verizon Actions (-2.39%) and those of T-Mobile USA (-3.90%) have fallen strongly in the stock market This Monday after the operation between Spacex and Echostar, for which Elon Musk’s company has bought spectrum licenses for about 17,000 million dollars. Analysts consider that this operation reflects the growing competition that the telecommunications sector lives, in which Spacex continues to gain ground, which feeds concerns for its commercial rivals. In addition, the agreement announced on Monday foresees Spacex finance a total of approximately 2,000 million dollars in interest payments andn effective on the debt of Echostar until November 2027. In relation to the transaction, Spacex and Echostar will sign a long -term commercial agreement that will allow the subscribers of ‘Boost Mobile’ of Echostar, through its native 5G nucleus in the cloud, access the service ‘Starlink Direct to Cell’ next generation of Spacex. Echostar foresees that this transaction with Spacex will resolve the consultations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
