In relation to the transaction, Spacex and Echostar will sign a long -term commercial agreement that will allow the subscribers of ‘Boost Mobile’ of Echostar, through its native 5G nucleus in the cloud, access the service ‘Starlink Direct to Cell’ next generation of Spacex. Echostar foresees that this transaction with Spacex will resolve the consultations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
