Metaplenet has gained international notoriety after adopting a business strategy similar to that of Strategy (previously called Microstrategy), buying bitcoin as a reserve asset. Until the moment of this publication, as reported by cryptoics, Metaplenet has 8,888 BTC in its treasury and intends to accumulate 10,000 BTC before it finishes 2025.
