Banco Sabadell obtained a net attributable profit of 1,775 million euros in 2025, which represents a decrease of 2.8% year-on-year compared to 1,827 million in 2024, although it would grow by 3.4% without taking into account the extraordinary events of the previous year. The entity has also announced this Friday a share buyback program of up to 800 million euros —365 million charged to 2025 results and 435 million from excess capital— which will start on February 9 after receiving authorization from the European Central Bank.
