Minicoders, a platform designed to educate children and teenagers in the fundamentals of programming, recently launched a new game in the metaverse in the Play To Learn mode.
This educational platform uses games in the metaverse to provide children from 7 to 12 years old with logical tools and theoretical foundations about programming.
This new game works through the Roblox platform, an online video game where users create their own virtual worlds, allowing for fun and learning, due to interaction with other people.

Advantages offered by Minicoders
According to the company, children who participate in the platform will have video tutorials and virtual assistance to clarify doubts and support the learning method, offering several advantages to users.

- Suitability for children with dyslexia or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Magic School
The first Minicoders experience called Magic School, was launched in partnership with Roblox and has already surpassed 50,000 users in its uptime.
This game was developed with a magic apprentice character who travels through the Roblox metaverse, exploring and solving various challenges, about programming and programming logic.
All parents of students have special access, which allows checking the child’s progress, in addition to observing the security of the platform, with parental control.
Currently, users who wish to access the platform can do a free trial or cancel monthly plans ranging from 4.99 to 34.99 euros depending on the level of learning they wish to acquire.
This type of incentive could increase the interest of children and teenagers in new technologies, however this content is not yet available in all languages, only in Spanish and English.
