Amadeus earns 1,335.6 million in 2025, 6.6% more, and announces a buyback of 500 million

Amadeus closed 2025 with a profit of 1,335.6 million euros, which represents an increase of 6.6% compared to the previous year, while the Group revenues grew by 6.1%, up to 6,517 million euros (8.5% more at constant exchange rates). He Operating profit increased by 8%, up to 1,758.4 millionand the Adjusted EBIT stood at 1,893.8 million, 10.2% more at constant exchange rates. He EBITDA margin improved to 38.5%compared to 37.9% in 2024, while the adjusted EBIT margin reached 29.1%. Free cash flow amounted to 1,302.2 million euros, 6.9% more than in 2024 (excluding non-recurring cash inflows from the previous year). In addition, the company completed a share buyback program worth 1.3 billion euros in the fourth quarter. In operational terms, passengers boarded grew by 3.8%, to 2,248.6 million, and reservations increased by 2.8%, to 484.5 million. By division, the income of Technological Solutions for the Air Industry they increased by 6.4% (8.7% at constant rates), up to 2,345.9 million; those of Hotels and Other Solutions They rose 6.1% (9.6% at constant rates), up to 1,051.9 million; and those of Air Distribution they grew by 5.9% (8.0% at constant rates), up to 3,119.2 million. CEO Luis Maroto noted that «in 2025, Amadeus once again met its forecasts despite the difficult macroeconomic environment» and stated that the company is «in a privileged position to orchestrate the AI-powered travel ecosystem.» Likewise, it announced the commitment to achieve double-digit growth in the medium term in its low range for diluted adjusted EPS and announced that in 2026 it will distribute a dividend located at the highest range of its policyalong with a new share buyback program worth 500 million euros, which will be executed in six months.
