In the film The Imitation Game (Descifrando Enigma, in Spanish, 2014), which reveals the brief life of the genius of mathematics, computing and cryptography Alan Turing (1912-1954), there is a phrase attributed to the master of golden beauty: “Sometimes it is the people from whom no one expects anything who do things that no one can imagine.” He was a prodigy at finding patterns. The applications between both worlds would allow you to write a biography, not a journalistic article. Perhaps we will have to start the text with what is most ignored. “One of the less visible areas, but with great impact between these two galaxies, is its application in the processing of administrative authorizations and environmental evaluations,” concedes Eduardo González, partner responsible for Energy at KPMG in Spain.
