Aedas Homes incorporates into the AIAF a promissory note issuance program of up to 100 million

Aedas Homes has added to the AIAF fixed-income market a programme of issuing promissory notes with a maximum outstanding balance of one hundred million eurosaccording to information sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). The program has Maturity periods of a minimum of three business days and a maximum of 364 calendar dayswith the aim of «enabling the diversification of its financing channels». The promissory notes will have a nominal value of 50,000 euros and may be addressed to all types of investors.
PKF Attest Capital Markets has been appointed as the placement agent for the programmewhile Banco Santander will act as payment agent. «The formalization of this new program in AIAF has been carried out with the aim of continue to promote the diversification of the company's sources of financing«, Aedas pointed out. In addition, this program comes as a complement to the «Aedas Homes 2024 commercial paper notes program», incorporated into the Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) on July 9 with a maximum outstanding balance of 150 million euros and maturity periods of a minimum of three business days and a maximum of 730 calendar days.
