ACCIONA ENERGY announced today the 626MW Hydroelectric Sale to Endesaafter receiving the relevant authorizations, according to the information sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). The company has received approximately 1,000 million euros for the transaction. The 626 MW included in the transaction correspond to 34 hydroelectric plants located in Aragon, Soria, Valencia and Navarra, with long -term concession agreements with a remaining half -life of around 30 years. The facilities are Reservoir plants (56% capacity), flowers (30% of the capacity), and pumping (14%)with an annual production of around 1.3 twh. This operation is part of the ACCIONA ENERGY ASSETS ROTATION STRATEGY«highlighting the value and solidity of its assets in the market,» he says.
