Sales in the services sector grow by 7.5% and those in industry accelerate by 11.2% in April

The service sector sales have shown a year-on-year growth of 7.5% in Aprilrate 1.7 points below that registered in March, accumulating 25 months of increase. This rate was three tenths lower than that registered in March. The turnover index increased compared to April 2025 by 13 autonomous communities and decreased in the other four. The largest increases occurred in the Region of Murcia (23.4%), Andalusia (17.1%) and Castilla y León (16.7%). And the greatest decreases were in the Balearic Islands (-14.3%), Principality of Asturias (-8.3%) and La Rioja (-1.9%).
