Behind its strict security controls, hidden among winding streets full of trees, La Moraleja, the area with the highest average income in Spain, hides its secrets from ordinary mortals, which are those of some of the richest personalities in the country. Safe from curious eyes, business sharks, artists, architects and families of ancient ancestry mingle with footballers, influencers and other fauna that has recently arrived at the club of the richest. Now, to the strange equation we must add one more element, the latest newcomers: the richest families in Latin America, men and women who have realized that to live Madrid there is no reason to live in the Salamanca neighborhood or have the Retiro within sight of an attic window.
