But reaching the top are major words. They are clear that without daily effort, continuous training, perseverance and much discipline, success is impossible. Genius also has its shadows: excessive demand, unconventional vision and an intense and fast way of working that can lead a gifted to become an uncomfortable talent within the teams. Giving visibility and understanding how these other brains work is the pending subject in most companies. “A person with high capacity implies an exponential value for every organization. His vertiginous memory enables it to analyze a huge amount of information. They are people oriented to results, inspiring and motivational for his very high intellectual curiosity and desire to self -development,” says ESADE's teacher, Norbert Monfort, expert in potential. And he adds: «A gifted knows how to get brutal performance to diverse and collaborative teams, where he is handled very well, especially if he corresponds to create them.» This is how Paula Domínguez's brain works, responsible for BBVA advertising campaigns, a pioneer company to focus on this group. A challenge that seeks innovative solutions for waste management in future missions to the moon. She devised, in solitude from her home in Tarragona, the Esperanza project, with which she has won 1,196 opponents from 80 countries. Of the six winners, five are Americans and will receive three million dollars for the two phases of their projects. The space agency has invited it to manufacture a prototype now, but without financing, for not being American. And I will not amilana: «I will look for sponsors. I want a Spanish partner,» he says.
